Hi, I’m Jessica Garrett.

I created Roots + Remedies as a space for women to return to the root—to slow down, reconnect, and support their bodies through simple, intentional wellness practices.

My own journey with stress has taught me that healing often begins in small, steady ways.

Rooted & Grounded was created from that place.

A place of learning how to regulate, breathe, build supportive habits, and return to peace.

It would be an honor to walk through that space with you.
