Because our teas, capsules, tinctures, and body care items are considered consumable wellness products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges — even if the package has been unopened — in order to ensure product integrity, safety, and quality for all customers.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an issue caused during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rootsnremediesco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll be happy to make it right.
