Meet Jessica Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach

Rooted in compassion, education, and whole-body healing.

I believe healing happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported in their bodies and lives. My work is rooted in the understanding that wellness isn’t about fixing yourself — it’s about nourishment, balance, and learning how to come home to yourself over time.

I do this work because I’ve seen how disconnected many people feel from their health, their rhythms, and their sense of wholeness. Through holistic coaching and herbal guidance, I support individuals in building sustainable habits, navigating life transitions, and creating space for healing that honors the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.

I primarily serve teens and adults seeking grounded, compassionate support for stress, emotional wellness, habit-building, and overall balance. My approach meets you where you are and walks alongside you — without pressure, judgment, or one-size-fits-all solutions.

I am a Certified Master Level Health and Wellness Coach with NBHWC-approved training, a Certified Qualified Behavioral Health Provider (QBHP), a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).

With years of experience supporting diverse populations, I work with teens and adults navigating stress, life transitions, emotional wellness, and lifestyle change. My approach blends evidence-based coaching strategies with holistic practices to support sustainable, whole-person well-being.

CREDENTIALS

I welcome referrals and often collaborate with therapists, medical providers, and other wellness professionals as part of a supportive care team. When appropriate, I work alongside your existing providers to ensure care feels aligned, respectful, and centered on your well-being.

My role is to offer holistic coaching and lifestyle support — and I value interdisciplinary collaboration when it best serves the client.

HOW I WORK

My coaching approach is:

  • Client-centered — your goals, pace, and lived experience guide the work
Trauma-aware — safety, trust, and consent matter

  • Whole-person focused — mind, body, lifestyle, and environment are interconnected

  • Rooted in education and empowerment — building skills, not dependency

This work is collaborative, steady, and grounded — designed to support lasting change rather than quick fixes.
